XMGQ Work Index Ball Mill is mainly used to determine the work index of grinding of ores , slag and other materials. The product is produced by the only enterprise designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

與一般球磨機相同，將一定粒度和重量的物料放入球磨機內(nèi)，球磨機內(nèi)裝入一定尺寸、一定數(shù)量的鋼球，在特定轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)下進行干法磨礦，將產(chǎn)品篩分、稱重，反復進行多次，在經(jīng)計算得出磨礦功指數(shù)（kwh/t）。

As with the common ball mill, materials of given size and weight and steel balls of certain size and number are put into ball mill. Dry grinding proceeds at the rated rotation speed to screen and weigh products repeatedly. The grinding work index （kwh/t）is obtained by calculation.

機器結(jié)構(gòu)概述

Structure

XMGQ型功指數(shù)棒磨機主要結(jié)構(gòu)。由主機（包括電動機、減速器、筒體、定位插銷等）、接料附件和電氣控制等部分組成。

XMGQ work index ball mill is  mainly composed of mainframe (including motor, speed reducer, drum, positioning  lock pin, etc), receiving accessory, electric control parts, etc.

主機筒襯為整體波浪形，由沉頭螺釘固定在筒體一端開口用以進排料。棒磨機在磨礦過程中，如需傾翻角度時將轉(zhuǎn)動手把插銷提起，此時拉動定位插銷放進相應弧形槽內(nèi)，轉(zhuǎn)動手把即可進行調(diào)整。

The liner plate for  mill body is on the whole in the shape of wave. It is fixed at one end of the  drum with sunk screws to feed and discharge materials. If a tilting angle is  needed during the grinding process of the mill, lift the bolt of turning  handle. At this time, pull the positing lock pin and put it into the  corresponding arc groove. Turn the handle and adjustment can be made.
