試驗(yàn)室YZS-Φ600型旋振篩

本企業(yè)正常規(guī)格的多層式振篩機(jī)，其使用的材料在機(jī)身與原料接觸的部位均使用不銹鋼SUS27(#304)，機(jī)座則使用鋼材S.S.41。

For the multi-layer vibrating screen of usual specifications manufactured by our company, the contacting parts of its body and raw materials are all made of stainless steel SUS27(#304); and the its base is made of S.S.41.

一、工作原理

I. Working Principle

采用最新式立式振動電機(jī)，由該電機(jī)產(chǎn)生水平、垂直、傾斜的三次元振動,再把這種振動直接傳遞給篩面。

It adopts the newest vertical vibrating motor which generates horizontal, vertical and oblique vibration. Such vibration is then transmitted directly to the sifter.

改變電機(jī)上、下偏振子的空間相位角，產(chǎn)生不同的激振力而改變物料的運(yùn)動方向。

When the phase angle between the upper polariton and the lower polariton of motor, different excitation force is produced and then the movement direction of materials is changed.
